Our 112 townhome units have been serviced for ants for the past 2 years. The system seems to be working perfectly, as we no longer have any ant-based complaints from residents. Plus, the cost has been quite reasonable. Supervisor Rob Hernandez has been terrific, in terms of reliability, communicating, expertise, followup, and attending to a few residents who have requested special treatment.
