Did not put bait at cracks in backsplash where ants are coming from. Did not leave literature on what to expect (I had to call when our quadrupled over the next 4-5 days), only said ‘call us if you still see ants in two weeks’

We had tried multiple services before my brother recommended Chem-Wise. The other services were standard and did a good enough job but we could never solve an issue we had with springtails in the bathrooms. Chem-Wise took care of it better than any other service and came back immediately when we saw a couple stragglers! Will continue to use and recommend.

Well, i have paid for wasp control for 3 years. First year, they came right out and destroyed a big nest we had found. The second year, the guy couldn’t find the nest, so i don’t think he did anything. Over the winter, when the tree leaves were gone, we found 2 big nests. We had to call twice to have them removed. They took one, then after the 2 nd call we found the other nest on the ground in our garden. I think they felt like my call was just a nuisance, and that i should wait til summer to see if i had a problem. This year, as soon as it started to get warm, the yard was full of wasps. I called and asked them to find the nest and remove it. Hopefully they got it. Not sure. After paying for this service for the third year, i did not think i would still be having this much trouble. Pretty frustrated with them. They are always super polite, but i would prefer some effective action.
