They did a thorough check for our rodent issue, not an easy job because they have to go through a long crawl space to check that area out because it is the area of greatest concern. We also asked if they could check for evidence of pantry moths and they did a very thorough inspection, luckily not finding any.

Armani is a life saver. He thoroughly inspected the interior and exterior of my dwelling. After a second visit I have no rodent activity. Armani is professional, courteous, considerate, concern in getting the job done and humble. Josh and Alex were also professional. Chem-Wise is a great company and I would recommend anyone that pest issues to give them a call. It would be worth it for peace of mind.

Like the majority of Chicago, we have an overwhelming rat problem. Steve, our technician, has been very diligent in filling feeding stations, removing expired pests, and finding additional ways to control the population. I have definitely seen a reduction of rats in our area. Steve is great and takes his mission seriously.

Everyone was super helpful and professional. We had some carpenter bees in our fence and they were able to come over the same week and spray, and the bees were gone. The bees started to come back a month or so later, and I just called and they back and sprayed again at no cost. I will continue to work with Chem-wise every year. Thank you!

Josh is always available to answer the multiple questions I throw at him. It helps me understand what issues are resolved based upon the different treatment options. He always follows up and explains that I can call if I see a resurgence of wood wasps, cicada killers, or yellow jackets in the area. I appreciate the time he takes and his thoroughness.
