Chem Wise was able to come to my home the day after I called to handle a yellow jacket intrusion into the mortar of outside brick wall, obvious nesting inside. They were friendly and very efficient in resolving the issue. The tech was suited up to avoid swarm following application. No bees have been spotted since and the cost included a 90 day return at no charge if the issue returned. Very satisfied!

Well, i have paid for wasp control for 3 years. First year, they came right out and destroyed a big nest we had found. The second year, the guy couldn’t find the nest, so i don’t think he did anything. Over the winter, when the tree leaves were gone, we found 2 big nests. We had to call twice to have them removed. They took one, then after the 2 nd call we found the other nest on the ground in our garden. I think they felt like my call was just a nuisance, and that i should wait til summer to see if i had a problem. This year, as soon as it started to get warm, the yard was full of wasps. I called and asked them to find the nest and remove it. Hopefully they got it. Not sure. After paying for this service for the third year, i did not think i would still be having this much trouble. Pretty frustrated with them. They are always super polite, but i would prefer some effective action.

I am a loyal customer for several years. I participate in the Trip annual application. After my first application of this year, I saw spiders in the house. It had been a very wet spring...perhaps the application was affected. I contacted Chem wise and a 2nd application made the difference.
