I've previously used your service and in fact, my sister also uses your services. Mike, your rep, was professional yet friendly. Mike checked all the traps, made sure visual possible entrance areas were plugged. On the 2nd visit, Mike and a new rep checked traps for activity and happily none found. I'm a very happy customer.

I subscribe to the tri annual service and Timothy has been great servicing our house for several years. I had an immediate need while Timothy was on vacation and Davis was sent out and also provided great service. This is a very reliable company to work with. I had some mice issues, the technicians came in many times to treat the issue. I think we finally had it under control. Every time I called them, they scheduled my appointment right away. I even requested a specific technician, they still honored my request every time.

Good afternoon, I was not happy at all with my service appt the other day. My expectation is that the service person coming over has the information about my house where the traps are and what needs to be done etc. this is the service I had with my other providers. The person asked me where all Of our stuff was…and kept asking me to show him where they were placed etc. Then in addition I asked if there was activity and the response was well I didn’t see any mice…but did you see droppings? Oh yeah I saw droppings… In addition when I asked for ants to be sprayed for and I asked if the spray was pet friendly my answer was…”well It won’t kill the dog”…but it will probably get them sick. I switched to Chem-Wise because I expected really good service and I don’t see that I received that by a long shot! Sent from my iPhone
