We have had Bruno come out twice now and he is just AMAZING! He is always early, very professional and very very respectful of our space (putting things back , wearing shoe covers etc.). He always makes sure that every thing is safe for our young daughter and fully educates us on what is going on and what he is doing to battle the ants.

This is a review about our most recent service with Rene Valdez. We have been long time customers of Chem-Wise using them for pest control as well as wasp proofing for many years now. Rene was new to the account and was extremely thorough and spent the time to get the house sprayed properly. Since he has been out I don't believe I have seen a critter in the house, historically when the house was sprayed we would see a number of them shortly after. Rene was also very personable and I was treated well as a customer. I am very pleased with the service that was performed here in Naperville and would greatly recommend Chem-Wise and Rene specifically.

Ashley, who answered the phone, was engaging, got me scheduled for the same day. Bruno, the tech, arrived even earlier than anticipated. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, located the nest and sprayed. Joel has been great diagnosing our pest problems, taking care of them and continuing to question how he can make sure our home remains pest-free! He does not hesitate to grab "an extra pair of eyes" to be 100% sure everything is covered. He brought Marty who found some deck structural issues that we would never have seen, while taking care of pest control. Mr. Enrique visited my house today and he did find hole in basement quickly which was entrance point for mice in basement. We closed the hole, hopefully we will not see mice anymore. Enrique is very good and dedicated gentleman, I will refer him to anybody else.
