I always request Josh. The other techs are probably good too but we are so happy wish Josh we just keep requesting his return. He always explains everything and takes time to answer our questions. We have been using Chemwise for several years and are happy. They use organic compounds which i wanted for safety reasons. I did not want to go with the traditional chemicals do to a family member’s health and we usually have dogs. I feel safe with what they use. Also if there is a problem they come back to address the issue. We have been happy with the service. WE have had a few different technicians over the years and currently have been using the same one who knows the outside areas and garage, etc. we want serviced.

Hi! Steve came and did excellent job in spraying and distributing gel in all rooms of the house. He assured me that termite/ant problem will be much better after first service. He was absolutely right..we do not see not even one ant In our house. He stated that Chem-wise will come out three more times throughout a year. My neighbor recommended your company and i am glad he did. Keep it up and big thanks to Steve!????????

Technician Steve returned today for our 2 week follow up. He took his time and inspected every area of the building. His knowledge afforded him the ability to make recommendations and he sealed in entry points of the rodents. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was very polite and engaged in his work. Andrew was out at my home and my mother's home today. She is recently new to the service. He was excellent in his inspection outside. He crawled up in a space under the back stairs, moved weeds aside and found cracks under the window and inserted foam in all these places. I was very pleased with the extraordinary service he provided. He also identified places that my mom needs some patching or covers. I wish he could be our permanent service person. He is a great representative of your company and the service offered.

Steve Ruiz came to the house for our routine maintenance and to check a couple of spots where we’ve seen some insect activity. I used family members to help with pest control. The use of Chem-Wise was the best decision my husband made. Very thorough and if there are any problems, they have resolved them Would highly recommend them. The last time the tech for 6336 S Ada was late and did not receive a call to let me know. A little late is ok without notice but 1.5 hour is not.
