I'm extremely satisfied :) First, the time from my call to appointment being set was a painless experience.. the Scheduler was very courteous. Second, the performance of your product speaks for itself. This place was overrun, now we're getting somewhere :) Third, the service of the technician Larry on premises... Please recognize Larry for his positive attitude & attention to detail. Even though I'm happy with the whole experience, Larry is the primary reason I'm taking the time to write this review :) I'm glad to have you as my pest control vendor. Ricky did an exceptional job at laying the proper chemicals & mouse traps in our newly purchased rural home. The traps worked great - we caught 1 mouse and millions of crawly things stayed away from inside (and outside) our home. Ricky was extremely patient with us as a new customers. He answered any and all questions we had. Looking forward to another great service call.
