We used chemwise for control of ants. Ant season seemed to be more intense and longer this year due to wet weather. They treated both inside and outside and problem diminished. The tech was knowledgeable and provided detail explanation on treatment. They have a 90 day guarantee which we have not needed to use. They also did a wood eating formal pest inspection related to a sale of a house. The person who did inspection was knowledgeable and explained what they look for when doing these inspections.

I was called just prior to my appointment to let me know the arrival time. He treated for carpenter ants as well as the routine outside treatment around the house, although the hose didn't quite reach to the back of the house. He couldn't park in my driveway since it had been seal coated the day before. He did his best to treat the back area. He was very polite and explained how he was treating the ants. I'm happy with the results so far but will wait a couple more weeks to determine if the queen was eliminated and ants return.

Ball hornet nest was treated and everything was eracated. I want to give 4.5 stars just because there was no follow up on when the nest will be removed, I had to call the office to get a answer.

The technician answered all of my questions (I had a lot!). We discussed various treatment plans, but I went with only a small amount of spraying at the site and a bait. The tech didn't try to upsell any other plan to me, and this approach seems to have worked. Ant problem solved!

Nelson is absolutely wonderful! He is very professional, polite and reassuring. He comes to our door to announce his arrival, addresses any concerns we have, and completes the job quickly and thoroughly. He writes up his job specs before he pulls away from our home. We have seen a decrease in rodent activity over the couple of years we've been with Chem-Wise. Other techs that have come when Nelson isn't available have also been great. And the office staff is very friendly and helpful when I've called. Chem-Wise is very professional and efficient, and I can't recommend them enough!

Chem-wise saved the day and gave me peace of mind! I had a mice problem outside and inside. Bruno located the problem areas outside, my basement and attic! I had no idea mice could be in my attic. He treated me & my home with care & respect. He returned my calls immediately and returned to my home a few times in six weeks to reassure me everything was fine.They also send appointment reminders and announce themselves when they are there. Responses I received by your customer service rep Charity I found to be rude and sarcastic when I called on 7/28/2026 around 2:30pm about service reminders that I received via email and text. While trying to determine what if any services might need scheduling, she sarcastically responded that my inquiry could’ve been mistaken for somebody calling about wanting porch repairs as her reasons for her inability to follow a simple question. This after I had already indicated to her the reason for my call. This is the second time I’ve experienced this particular service representative's curt attitude. I am a new client with you having began using your service as of last year. I am currently using your service for two properties. If this occurs again, I will discontinue my service.
