I had Chem-Wise come out today because of a gnat problem we have been having for a while that was not getting better. Their tech Andrew showed up and seemed to know exactly what was going on before we even made it into the house. Sure enough, he knew exactly where to look to find the gnats, and how to bring them out of their hiding places. Mind you, I spent a couple weeks looking around trying to find their source/home, but never was able to pin point the exact source. Andrew, showed me that even though it does not look like they are in the plants, the moment you start moving the dirt around and disturb their home, they will start coming out. Oh boy was he right. That is not the best part, though. Since the solution to the problem was not to "treat" anything, and instead get rid of the infected plants, Chem-Wise gave us a big discount on the service call. I can't say enough with how pleased I am with this experience today. This is the second time we have used Chem-Wise (previously for ants), and both times they have come through.

Javonny Ferguson has been doing spraying the outside foundation of our house three times a year for a number of years now. He is great about notifying us that he is coming the next day. I have been using Chem-Wise for over 10 years. The office personnel are friendly and professional. Our technician Chris is awesome, also friendly and professional and listens to what I want. I don’t like killing any creatures of the earth nor do I like putting chemicals in the ground. I want spiders, frogs, little mammals, all creatures in the yard. I don’t really like killing the ants either, but I can’t have them overrun my kitchen. So I just want a specific area sprayed for ants and he’s awesome about understanding and doing that. I have recommended this company to many people and will continue to do so.

Employees were very friendly and responsive. The termite inspection was easy to schedule and inspection completed on time. Had to call to for a copy of the report and again to have the invoice/receipt corrected, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Will use again!

I was so happy with the prompt response. I got from Chem-Wise. Charles came out at the exact date and time promised. He explained everything to me. I feel so confident in his workmanship. I almost went with another company who was more expensive, wouldn’t give me an answer when they were coming to do the work. I definitely got bad vibes from them.
