Customer service is the main mission for this company, it seems. I’ve never had a bad encounter with the office or the technician. We really appreciate the thorough service provided by Matt Denny. He checked several stations in our home for detecting mice activity—even in some hard-to-reach areas in our basement—and he refilled them with the bait. He also returned for our second appointment to check the stations again. Through we weren't able to find much activity, we were grateful for the comprehensive service he provided. He is also very friendly and personable, which is no small thing. He's one of the main reasons why our family has remained loyal Chem-Wise customers for several years now.
