Technician (Joel) arrived as scheduled. He was pleasant and courteous as he eradicated the yellow jackets that had taken up residence by my back door. And it is always a joy to call for service and have a polite, living person answer the call. I have used this company for over 10 years now. I daresay, there is a good reason for that!

i have used ChemWise for over 25 years and up to this year i have been 110% satisfied. i lost my "regular" excellent service tech Rico to another service area and i have not been satisfied since having several different techs . one seemed lazy and did as little as possible. another got a bit rude when i asked him to come inside and i had to call supervisor. he did wind up coming inside and doing what was needed but it left me unhappy.

Very satisfied with the service I received. My home had been invaded by a very persistent, I believe, new breed of ants. So happy that chem-wise crew were more persistent than the ants! We noticed pinholes in our hardwood flooring so we requested a free inspection to determine if insects were causing the problem. Davis Garrison came out and did a very comprehensive, detailed inspection of our flooring. He determined that the cause was not insects, and he gave us very helpful suggestions on what to do about the pinholes. He was very pleasant and polite and very respectful of our home. We highly recommend Davis as well as Chem-wise.

We are very pleased with the superb services that Chem-wise has provided for us. In the summer of 2022 we switched to Chem-Wise, as we were unhappy with our previous pest control services provider, with whom we had done business with for years. Since that first inspection, and their follow-up services in the coming months, Chem-wise has proven their deep understanding of our needs, and their competence in implementing it. They have consistently and effectively solved our issues with pest control. The team is always professional, courteous, and friendly. As added bonus, their services cost less than what we were previously paying!

We had ants every year until we started Chem-wise. They come and spray and we get no ants. If you do happen to get some anyways, they come out and bait them for free, which we have only had to do once in 4 years! I have recommended them to all my friends and family!
