Kain ( I believe that is his name) looked at where the mouse droppings were in my basement, set traps and was very polite and explained the process. We have cleaned up the droppings and hope that Kain's traps will rid the mouse issue. Following the work he did inside my home, he sprayed the perimeter of my house. I continue to use Chem-Wise because your employees are respectful and knowledgeable of their work.

Jorge was so very thorough, patient and explained everything he was doing. He arrived on time and took time to check my entire house I was also able to schedule a next day appointment with Chem-wise when I called.
