Jim has been helping me with my mouse problem for a little over a year. As I told him today, he is my hero. I have no mice anymore which is almost a miracle considering I had a whole village living in my basement!. He is always a bright spot in my day when he comes to my home. We had Jim out for our annual mice control visit. As usual, he was thorough and efficient in inspecting areas in our basement for any mice activity. After setting the bait stations he came back a couple additional times to see if any feeding was evident and to close off any gaps in our foundation where mice could potentially sneak in. We're now all set for the winter! Aside from being a experienced, veteran pest control employee for Chem-Wise, Jim is incredibly personable and all around solid human being! I highly recommend using Chem-Wise and their tech Jim Streit!!

Jim is the absolute best! He has been my “bug guy” for almost 8 years. When my son was a baby, he would always knock softly on my door, rather than ring the doorbell, just in case he was sleeping :) He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He always asks if I have any particular concerns each time he comes to treat the house. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Jim :)
