I called to have a buzzing in my daughters room investigated. Marty from Chem-Wise did his inspection. Explained everything at every step. Inspection was thorough. I reported buzzing was not consistent at all. He and I checked. Heard nothing. Checked my attic could not see anything. So he explained that if it became more consistent to call back. I really appreciated his expertise and time spent. This inspection was FREE for coming out. I know who to call when needed. Thanks!!!

We currently live in North Aurora, IL and we were contemplating canceling all services regarding insecticides, pesticides and herbicides. We have had issues in the past with careless application (not be Chemwise) , but Chemwise has proven once again to be a trustworthy and experienced company. The Chemwise representative Marty from Aurora not only set us at ease regarding the chemicals, but also went above and beyond to demonstrate that there is more to Chemwise than just chemicals. Was very impressed with your associate. I have water bowls out side for little critters he actually emptied the bowls and laid them upside down on porch so they would not be subjected to any chemicals. I also had my patio door open he slid it closed so nothing would spray in. Great job.

We've worked with Chem-Wise for a few years now. They've always been responsive and thorough. Our current tech Marty is phenomenal. He's pleasant, thorough, and informative and we never have a pest issue. I see no reason to ever leave this company.

Contractor did a thorough inspection and closed up possible entry points. He listened to our requirements regarding the use of no poisons and we haven't seen signs of mice since his visit.

We originally found and used Chem-Wise due to a mice problem in our basement. The entire process from inspection to treatment was impressive, due to the knowledge of the technician, but the best part of the process were the results. We noticed a difference and have continued to use Chem-Wise ever since. They inspect the basement and traps at each visit, report changes or possible activity and address any concerns immediately. The back of our house borders a tree-farm so the likelihood of activity is greater, so we are extremely happy and thankful with the service provided by Chem-Wise. Our treatment is the Tri-Annual program, which we will continue which also addresses various insects on the outside of the house, which we have also seen a difference for the better (i.e. spiders). We highly recommend Chem-Wise to others.

Had a small issue where we were billed $25, yet we always prepay in March for the tri-annual plus wasp package. Leah looked it up, noticed the discount wasn't noted on our account for this year, and adjusted accordingly. Super quick response, as always, to our email. Always great customer service over the years, it is greatly appreciated! :-)

I used Chem-Wise for carpenter ants. The guy was right on time, I think his name is David. He was very friendly and treated my home quickly. He explained the service, the product he was using and what I should expect. I’ve used Chem-Wise in the past and was very happy with the results. If I have another problem I will call them again.

I first became connect3ed with Chem-Wise when I had an infestation of ants in my kitchen. The technician arrived promptly, discovered what was attracting them, dealt with the problem, and gave me good advice to prevent their return. Since then, I have used their general insect-control services. andd have not been bothered by indoor bugs. I have also not been bothered by technicians, because they work so quickly, quietly, and efficiently, I hardly know they are present. I am quite contented with their service.

Excellent service! I'm glad we found this company. David Sanchez is our technician. He is very polite and professional. And prompt! He is helping us get rid of mice in the basement. He explained things well. He is confident and knew exactly what to look for and do. I feel relieved. He also noticed we had a yellow jackets nest and he took care of it on the spot. Thanks David! The office staff on the phone is very friendly and responsive. I recommend this company and will use them in the future for any other pest problems. Two thumbs up!

Chem-Wise has been such a helpful company! When we found that mice were getting in (which just gives you the creeps, right???), they came out, showed me how they inspected for holes that mice could get in and were extremely thorough. Then, when the Ozzie came out again, he showed me the results of the the traps that were set and then explained what he was going to do to fix the mouse problem. So we are very happy with the results that Chem-Wise has provided!!!
