Jaime was very professional. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. We appreciated that he was wearing a mask and gloves when he arrived and put on protective covers over his boots before he came in the house.

The woman we spoke to to make the appointment was great and very friendly as well. Very impressed with the customer service so far, and hoping that the actual pest control is effective.
