For my Tri-Annual service, one application was completed on 4/26.The next was done on 8/29. The final one was done on 10/10. I asked the tech why they were returning so quickly after the prior one, and he said it was probably because of a call re mice or something like that. So I assumed it was part of their guarantee reapplication. Then I got an email with a bill for the tri-annual application. When we called, the customer service person was completely unhelpful, except to apologize repeatedly—for what, I don’t know. Plus this application was very messy—all over our patio and porch. Usually. It is applied in a line around the house.

While I am usually very pleased with Chem Wise, this last treatment left large streaks down my windows. I have never noticed such obvious drips before.

Showed up on time and sprayed around perimeter, but in doing so, he left the gate open. Didn't realize until I heard my dog bark in the front. Thankfully she didn't run away!

Called for problems with drain flies. Exterminator said he could not help us. Too many flies and no proven method to get rid of them. He suggested some gel to pour down the sinks. That was it. Left on our own. Kim Kaiser

We are sorry for your experience. I have asked the manager to contact you to assist in resolving your drain fly issue. When dealing with drain flies, the ultimate solution is to find and repair the source of where they are breeding. Insecticides alone are not the answer. The source could be an unused floor drain, broken pipe, or malfunctioning sump pump. In some cases, it can be difficult to locate the source of the flies. For control, we recommend locating the source, clean and/or repair, and then using an enzyme to treat the drain. Sorry for the miscommunication. You can expect a call from our Branch Manager today.

I find your website difficult to use. There should be pay bill right up front, I shouldn't have to go looking for it. Also, I no longer know when a tech has been here. I get invoices and have no proof they were really here. Thanks for asking. This review is not a reflection of your techs or your product, just the website

The service has been a total disappointment. I still have weeds growing in my lawn particularly along the borders. The pictures taken make my lawn look green. I’m fact it’s not that green. Tru Green did a better job. I really wanted to like Chem Wise. The staff I’ve meet have been fantastic. The chemicals used on lawn is pathetic and not worth the cost

We've had a problem with tiny moths for at least a couple of years. Your technicians didn't seem to know what they were doing, and these moths kept getting worse and worse. The technician who came out last time seemed to be more knowledgeable. We followed his instructions for our pantry and cabinets (where we also had a mouse problem - he said they come in at this time of year), However, disinfecting everything hasn't helped and we're at a loss about the moths. We also threw out a lot of things. WeI hope someone can finally rid us of these. We're getting very frustrated, trying to keep up with killing them, and wondering if we need to get another service.
