This is the third time my family has used Chem-Wise over the last 8 years or so to deal with either mice, or recently, a hornet's nest. I do appreciated the fact that they offer 1 time treatments if that's all you need or a more thorough plan for treatment. Our most recent technician, Christopher, was prompt and efficient in assessing the problem and providing treatment. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again if needed.

Angel showed up right on time, was very polite, informative and did a very thorough job of spraying. Scheduling was fast and easy; they were out within just a few days of my request. Technician was friendly and professional, introducing himself as the email sent confirming the appointment indicated he would. He explained exactly what he was doing, and pointed out and addressed some areas that allowed for mice to get into my home. He wrote everything up, reviewed it with me, and explained next steps. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.
