I’m really pleased with the on site services. Tech is always knowledgeable, efficient, polite, on time , friendly, and quick. However, I do have a question about the administrative side. We’ve used Chem Wise twice, and I wonder why it takes so long to receive a receipt for services rendered. Both times have been paid in cash so there was no wait time for a check to clear or a credit card approval. The first instance it was just over 2 weeks to receive an email receipt. This second time, it’s working on 5 days. Otherwise, very happy with your services and would have no problem recommending this company.

Didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and was able to schedule a specific time. Paul communicated well on the day of service- ended up being able to come earlier, told me exactly what he was going to do and instructions for after the treatment. Got the job done. Will definitely call when in need of them again.

Paul was on time and and placed the shoe socks over his boots, as not to track anything in. I was so happy about that! I have experienced only one hiccup with Chem-Wise, but when I called, they immediately responded and rectified the issue. In addition, the office staff, management, and most importantly, their pest control team are customer service oriented—professional, friendly, and actively listen to any concerns I may have with unwanted critters. This is my second year with Chem-Wise, and I will be signing up again for what I hope will be many more years. I highly recommend them.
