I had an infestation of both ants and mice this fall. My Chem-Wise service technician has been very thorough. The ants were gone in approximately four weeks. The mice were a little more persistent. He plugged many cracks and holes and treated the feeders. This has taken several weeks but it seems to be improving. I haven’t seen any signs over the past week and only one feeder showed signs of activity. My tech has done a good job. He’s also very congenial.

Travis Beer arrived when scheduled and was very polite. He listened carefully to our concerns and was extremely careful when addressing the ant problem we were having after a heavy rain. He sprayed the outside perimeter of our house, set traps inside the house and clearly explained when we could expect the problem to abate. As promised, he returned in two weeks to check on the effectiveness of these efforts. We continue to be very satisfied with the service we have received from Chem-Wise and Travis! Thank you!

My mother is dealing with mice, and they came out and put down some traps and that seems to be working. We schedule call backs every two weeks and they have come out and check the traps and set new baits. The second time they came out they were very late and we did not hear from them until we called them. Otherwise all good.
