Donald checked with us first to see if we had any areas of concern, so we told him the spiders have been active this year and he sprayed the indoor bathrooms, our screened in porch and the areas outside as he usually does. He is so polite and would do whatever we wanted. I appreciate how polite he is and his eagerness to take care of any pest areas. He gets 5 stars from us again this time.

We used chemwise for control of ants. Ant season seemed to be more intense and longer this year due to wet weather. They treated both inside and outside and problem diminished. The tech was knowledgeable and provided detail explanation on treatment. They have a 90 day guarantee which we have not needed to use. They also did a wood eating formal pest inspection related to a sale of a house. The person who did inspection was knowledgeable and explained what they look for when doing these inspections.

The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. This was a problem with yellow jackets. He treated the two areas and the yellow jackets were gone within a day.

I was called just prior to my appointment to let me know the arrival time. He treated for carpenter ants as well as the routine outside treatment around the house, although the hose didn't quite reach to the back of the house. He couldn't park in my driveway since it had been seal coated the day before. He did his best to treat the back area. He was very polite and explained how he was treating the ants. I'm happy with the results so far but will wait a couple more weeks to determine if the queen was eliminated and ants return.

Ball hornet nest was treated and everything was eracated. I want to give 4.5 stars just because there was no follow up on when the nest will be removed, I had to call the office to get a answer.

Very pleased with Michael and his professional attitude. The first visit was for ants in our house, and he took the time to explain everything and treated both the interior and exterior of our house. Ant problem was solved!! A great company to do business with. The follow-up treatment only had to be applied on the outside of the house. Great job!!

Frequently does not show up during their appointment time. They are not apologetic and it does not get fixed for the next time. The office staff may lie and make up some excuse and then offer another appointment on a different day. Service is good but it may take a few appointment times until they come to do the service.

I have had a nuisance problem with Cricket Mites. They refuse to give up. But Robert is determined to get rid of them. He, too, refuses to give up. I have had service 3 times because there seems to be a few stragglers on my window sills. Thank you, Robert for your determination! And I love Chemwise because I don’t have to worry about my dog!
