We encountered a problem with yellow jacket bees that were impacting a home remodeling project. Chem-Wise responded in a timely manner on the same day and the project could safely proceed. The insects were removed and have not returned. I am very satisfied and will use them annually going forward.

Chem-Wise has been our pest control service company for over 12 years and during that time we have used them for controlling wasps, rodents and insects. We are very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Chem-Wise.

We had mice in our garage and they had built a home under the fridge. The exterminator came out for initial visit. Did the treatment around the perimeter of the house and set up bait in our garage and basement and blocked off the entrance point for the mice. Exterminator came back for a 2 week check and it was much better but needed another round of bait traps. After another 2 week check the mice seem to be gone. The exterminator Charles was polite and explained everything to us. I would recommend Chem-Wise if you're having mice or other troubles.

My husband called to see if Charles could come earlier than our scheduled appointment. The lady my husband spoke to said that he was booked but would call him to see if he could come earlier. We wish we knew the lady's name because she kept her word and called Charles and he came to our house much earlier. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. My husband and I are looking forward to dealing with Chem-Wise in the future. Charles was at my home on March 22, to help get rid of the tiny ants. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He sprayed around the outside of the home, put a few drops on my back splash, to eliminate the ants. He explained the process of getting rid of the ants. K. Holle

I have had a sporadic rodent problem in my townhome and was given Chem-Wise by a neighbor as a recommendation to address the problem. I have been extremely pleased at the perseverance of the technician. This seems to be a complicated issue with many potential entry points. The service has been beyond excellent, including customer service. I will change my plan to the tri-visit to be more comprehensive. Highly recommend this company!

Tim came by to make sure all of our bait stations were still fine in the basement as well as our garage. He even took time to check for holes even though we were having no activity. We really appreciated the extra effort he put in.

This review applies to the Chem-Wise rep Ethan who provided Chem-Wise routine services yesterday at my Batavia house. Ethan was extremely helpful in performing the expected fall seasonal service on the outside of my home, but he also spent considerable effort checking the bait stations in my basement and garage. He also took the initiative to check for, find, and seal gaps where mice could enter my garage and advised me on what to do if any issues surfaced in the future. Chem-Wise personnel have always been helpful in the past, but Ethan's efforts yesterday were really outstanding.

First off, he arrived on time, even a few minutes early! I showed him our vole issues and he thoroughly explained what his course of action was going to be. He also answered every question I had and seemed quite knowledgeable about voles.. He then searched my whole yard looking for the entrance holes so he could bait them. I had been nervous before he got there wondering if I hired the right company, but after he left, I felt very confident that I had!

I was so happy with the prompt response. I got from Chem-Wise. Charles came out at the exact date and time promised. He explained everything to me. I feel so confident in his workmanship. I almost went with another company who was more expensive, wouldn’t give me an answer when they were coming to do the work. I definitely got bad vibes from them. Chen-Wise gets 5 stars and Charles gets even more !!
