Mike, the technician who came to our home, sets the gold standard for excellence. He was courteous, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He showed up on time, addressed the situation in a most professional manner, with a very high degree of technical skills. We would recommend Chem-Wise without hesitation if Mike is a representative example of the caliber of their other employees. Terminix was a no-show for the two appointments they had scheduled, even after our contacting their Omaha call center who assured us that someone would keep the second appointment.

I was incredibly impressed with the service offered by Mike Rubino. We had quite an infestation of mice and Mike was able to identify quickly where they were getting in and recommended several things to stop them gaining entry into the home. Following his recommendations and use of the traps he placed - I am glad to say the mice have gone! I highly appreciate his friendly, polite nature and attention to detail. Just an all round great guy - thanks Mike!

Last week, I was lucky enough to get Chem-Wise to come to our house for a mouse issue and, even luckier, to get Mike Rubino as our technician. Mike not only set the necessary boxes but also fully explained his actions and answered all of my questions. True to his words, I encountered a dead baby mouse at the bottom of my stairs the following day. Mike returned that day to retrieve it and also checked the boxes. He made me feel better about a very uncomfortable situation and I will be glad to see him again for a two week visit.

Mike was very friendly, professional, and worked quickly. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions that I had. With all of the rain ants continue to find their way into our house even after the first application of the year. I love that I can call, I’m listened to and helped by a real person. A VERY nice tech came out within 3 days to spot treat inside at no extra cost. He explained what he was doing, how safe it was for all of our pets and seemed genuinely interested in answering any questions I had. Service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you so much.
