Mike Rubino has been servicing our restaurant since we opened at this location. He is by far the best pest service technician that we have ever had. We have tried a lot of different companies and they have been inconsistent and usually send a different employee every time. He is on top of things, very proactive,and is thorough in explaining any problems we have and effectively dealing with them. I have been very happy with our service and just wanted to say thank you!

Our technician, Enrique Marron, was wonderful to work with for our spring pest control. His friendliness, knowledge and expertise, accommodating demeanor, thoroughness, attentiveness, and great care set him apart from other technicians. Travis Beer arrived when scheduled and was very polite. He listened carefully to our concerns and was extremely careful when addressing the ant problem we were having after a heavy rain. He sprayed the outside perimeter of our house, set traps inside the house and clearly explained when we could expect the problem to abate. As promised, he returned in two weeks to check on the effectiveness of these efforts. We continue to be very satisfied with the service we have received from Chem-Wise and Travis! Thank you!

Joel did an excellent job locating holes that the mice were entering our house. He was able to see all that were visible and recommended to us how to proceed to truly try to eliminate our ongoing issue. He was helpful and had an excellent knowledge on what needed to be accomplished.

I am a loyal customer for several years. I participate in the Trip annual application. After my first application of this year, I saw spiders in the house. It had been a very wet spring...perhaps the application was affected. I contacted Chem wise and a 2nd application made the difference.
