The man who came to our property was so kind and helpful. He was actually behind in his schedule but knew we were having a big party that day. There was an angry nest of yellow jackets in the back yard. The children at the party were going to be playing all over the yard. He did a great job and took the time to show us the nest and explain everything to us. He was a pleasure to meet.
