Our technician, Enrique Marron, was excellent! He took our concerns very seriously and listed to us closely. He explained what he was going to do, and made a very complete and careful inspection of our house for signs of mice. He closed off several potential access points, and told us what to look for in the coming weeks. We look forward to his return in two weeks to see what we have learned.

Mr. Enrique visited my house today and he did find hole in basement quickly which was entrance point for mice in basement. We closed the hole, hopefully we will not see mice anymore. Enrique is very good and dedicated gentleman, I will refer him to anybody else.

We have been very happy with the service from Chem-Wise. We started service a year ago when we noticed some carpenter ants. They came and treated our home and we started the tri- annual service. Recently saw a few flying ants and they came right out and treated the affected area. Highly recommend their service.

I was so happy when our service man arrived. We had just got our outside yard mulch. He said I will treat it so you don't have ants. Say no more! They came marching in. thousands of them. Called the office to see if he could come back, explained they were in our kitchen. Wasn't happy when she pushed us back to another week. In our kitchen. Asked again, nope. Wow! OUR TECH IS EXCELLENT.

Our technician Matt out of the Aurora office was great. He explained what he was going to do and why. He assured us the solution he would be spraying only worked on insects and would not harm our pets in any way. Enrique Marron and Chem-Wise have been doing a great job for us since we moved to Naperville two years ago. Our older house had it all when we moved in...wasps, mice, earwigs, spiders. Enrique has dealt with all of them with a logical and consistent approach. We're especially impressed with the treatment of the mice problem as it's been my experience with other providers at our old house that mice can be tricky to mitigate. He's brought us (and especially my wife) peace of mind.
