Pest Control Reviews in Naperville, IL (Updated June 2026)

We've been using Chem-Wise for years. They have been great at getting rid of yellow jackets and carpenter bees. Enrique has helped us the last two years. He is a personable and professional young man. He is very good at his job. We had yellow jackets coming into the house through the fireplace, and they have the proper equipment to reach them in difficult locations. Recently we've had a carpenter bee infestation of the mailbox. I felt bad for the mailman. You couldn't go near the mailbox. They were drilling large holes into the new wooden post. I doused them with 4 different commercial products, and it didn't faze them. Called Chem-Wise AGAIN, and Enrique treated the mailbox. They were gone in less than a week!

Good afternoon, I was not happy at all with my service appt the other day. My expectation is that the service person coming over has the information about my house where the traps are and what needs to be done etc. this is the service I had with my other providers. The person asked me where all Of our stuff was…and kept asking me to show him where they were placed etc. Then in addition I asked if there was activity and the response was well I didn’t see any mice…but did you see droppings? Oh yeah I saw droppings… In addition when I asked for ants to be sprayed for and I asked if the spray was pet friendly my answer was…”well It won’t kill the dog”…but it will probably get them sick. I switched to Chem-Wise because I expected really good service and I don’t see that I received that by a long shot! Sent from my iPhone

The company is pet friendly, which is why we chose them to treat our home. He took the time to walk around the outside of the house first and then showed me concerns with areas with bees and spider webs. He came up with a plan to take care of both. Man always does a good job. Smell bad smell a couple of days after he was here. Hated to call back so soon but think there is a dead mouse in one of the traps. Mice have really been an issue. I really like the man that comes.
