I’m really pleased with the on site services. Tech is always knowledgeable, efficient, polite, on time , friendly, and quick. However, I do have a question about the administrative side. We’ve used Chem Wise twice, and I wonder why it takes so long to receive a receipt for services rendered. Both times have been paid in cash so there was no wait time for a check to clear or a credit card approval. The first instance it was just over 2 weeks to receive an email receipt. This second time, it’s working on 5 days. Otherwise, very happy with your services and would have no problem recommending this company.

I had an infestation of both ants and mice this fall. My Chem-Wise service technician has been very thorough. The ants were gone in approximately four weeks. The mice were a little more persistent. He plugged many cracks and holes and treated the feeders. This has taken several weeks but it seems to be improving. I haven’t seen any signs over the past week and only one feeder showed signs of activity. My tech has done a good job. He’s also very congenial.
