Good Afternoon Marlene, I apologize that the technician did not brush down the cobwebs on his most recent visit. The removal of spider webs is not typically included with our tri-annual services, but if asked our technicians will take the extra time to spray them down as a courtesy if they are in reach. I can definitely put a note in your account for the technician to knock down and spray all webs he is able to on your future service visits as a courtesy to you.
