We had a new service person who was very quiet, but still provided excellent service. We prefer to have Sam, our regular service person, but it seems the Chemwise staff is all well-trained and do excellent work.

The technician that came to spray for the problem was very professional and very helpful. He was very polite and was wearing a mask because of the virus like he’s supposed to. I have been a customer for a while now and am always very happy with the customer service. The girl that answers the phone is very helpful and friendly also.

Frequently does not show up during their appointment time. They are not apologetic and it does not get fixed for the next time. The office staff may lie and make up some excuse and then offer another appointment on a different day. Service is good but it may take a few appointment times until they come to do the service.
