I appreciate that Chem-Wise is quick to answer or return phone calls, and always in a pleasant manner. As well, I also appreciate that a technician is sent out whenever a problem arises in between tri-annual visits. Dominick Kistler has been the technician for my house for awhile and I always find him pleasant and helpful in answering questions and solving pest related problems.

Had a great professional experience with all the staff , from the receptionist to the technician, Jessie , who got rid of our carpenter ants. He was so thorough in explaining his plans , treatments and expectations . I highly recommend this company . Unfortunately ,last month , we had another issue but not related to our previous problem . Again, I called Chem Wise and got the same excellent professional response . This time , we have Steve as our technician . I am grateful for his professional approach in explaining the issue. Treatment is ongoing at this time and will give my feedback once everything is eradicated .
