We've had a problem with tiny moths for at least a couple of years. Your technicians didn't seem to know what they were doing, and these moths kept getting worse and worse. The technician who came out last time seemed to be more knowledgeable. We followed his instructions for our pantry and cabinets (where we also had a mouse problem - he said they come in at this time of year), However, disinfecting everything hasn't helped and we're at a loss about the moths. We also threw out a lot of things. WeI hope someone can finally rid us of these. We're getting very frustrated, trying to keep up with killing them, and wondering if we need to get another service.

First time using Chem-Wise Rolling Meadows and we are so happy we called them. EXCELLENT customer service! Indigo and Karina made sure to answer all my questions and helped setup an appointment with Aldin right away. Aldin called us before coming to our house. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable . He listened to our concerns and thoroughly addressed them. He also communicated very well what to expect and provided helpful information. We are happy to have signed up for the Tri-Annual service.

I got your email today requesting a review. The day your associate came to my home I called the office to compliment the employee u sent (Aldon). Friendly and knowledgeable he took the time to explain to me what to expect from the results of your service. I’ve used other pest control companies in the past and they never explained anything to me. No more, if I need pest control again I will use u guys. If u want to, I think Aldon deserves a raise, just sayin.

I was looking for bee control as I had a problem with carpenter bees and their tech got rid of them - and at a reasonable price. Included in that service was general spraying on deck for nuisance stinging insects. I'm very happy with the results and when I noticed a few wasps later in the year, I got return service in no time - and with no additional cost. I highly recommend Chem-Wise for their service and affordable rates.

Freddy was great in spraying for bugs and made the extra effort to confirm that other pests were not found in our attic. He showed me how they confirm that there isn't activity and was very informing through the visit. I would highly recommend him.

I called Chem Wise because of a neighbor's referral. Our technician was wonderful and so thorough. Great communication skills too. It's been a little over a week since Chem Wise came out to our house, and it appears our yellow jacket problem is solved.
