Luke was very polite and very professional. He freely answered all our questions in an easy-to-understand manner. He explained all that he was doing and the reasons for it. We look forward to him returning in two weeks (we've already called and set the date and time of his return) to check the feeding stations and inspect the surroundings and, hopefully, fill the possible entry locations.

The technician is always prompt and pleasant. He works quickly and checks to see if I have any special issues he should be aware of. Having year round service gives me peace of mind that my home will be free of pests. When I have had mouse issues Chem Wise has been quick to provide service . I would certainly recommend the company to anyone interested in quality pest control.

I just requested a check up to see if there are termites in the house .. luckily I don’t have any. Your Rep was very professional and inspected the property throughly. He then gave me his findings in the end .. Good job indeed!

We have had Chemwise for almost 20 years as our outdoor pest management specialists with the tri-annual service. Every technician they have ever sent has been courteous and professional. And with their preventative maintenance around the perimeter, we have never had pests inside our house. We recently called them about a potential vole issue. Their technician, Jimmy, came out this morning. While we walked around the perimeter, he educated me on voles, their habits, what to look for, how to take preventative measures, etc. He is great example of the fantastic customer service provided by Chemwise!
