Our technician Jim has the most outstanding customer service and goes above and beyond to help troubleshoot bug and rodent issues as well as provide education. We highly recommend their services.

This is a review about our most recent service with Rene Valdez. We have been long time customers of Chem-Wise using them for pest control as well as wasp proofing for many years now. Rene was new to the account and was extremely thorough and spent the time to get the house sprayed properly. Since he has been out I don't believe I have seen a critter in the house, historically when the house was sprayed we would see a number of them shortly after. Rene was also very personable and I was treated well as a customer. I am very pleased with the service that was performed here in Naperville and would greatly recommend Chem-Wise and Rene specifically.
