I'm very happy with Chem-Wise. I use their tri-annual service. The technicians are always very courteous. If I ever need something done inside the house, there is no extra cost. It is easy to schedule and again the workers are always courteous and respectful of my house. I recently also needed a hornets nest removed and they came right out and took care of it. This service was an extra cost but I checked around other services and it was less than half the price to use Chem-Wise since I am already a customer. I would recommend their service to others.

The technician came in response to an issue not seen during usual maintenance. After living in my home for 37 years, I recently found "drain flies" in my home. The technician assessed the problem, treated the area and instructed me in the next steps to complete the process. All went very well! Very pleased with this company I have used for years.

Long time customer. Always dependable, courteous, and effective! We haven’t required any indoor spraying in over 10 years! Whatever they do to the exterior is highly effective and special trips between Tri-annual service are promptly accommodated. Great customer service!

I live in Elmhurst and had read positive reviews about Chem Wise and about the representative for this area, Dwight. I can confirm that Dwight lived up to the nice comments customers had posted. He is personable and knowledgeable about the product. (In my case it was ant control.). If I had a company, Dwight is the person I would want out front meeting my customers and representing my business. I am also very satisfied with the results. That is, eliminating the pests that had invaded my home.

I've been using Chem-wise's tri-annual service for years. In the past, we've had problems with mice and ants and Chem-wise always comes out quickly and takes care of the problem fast. It's great to have someone to call at the first sign of trouble. Dwight is so friendly, it makes me happy to do business with Chem-Wise.

Dwight has been servicing our very large apartment complex since new management took over earlier this year. Not only is he extremely professional but always goes the extra mile if we need help, while getting stung in the process! It makes it easy to continue service when having such a great tech. I recommended Chem-wise to our new management after I used them at condo buildings that I have managed and they have not disappointed!

We have had the best experience with Chem-Wise over the past year. We couldn't be happier. They've gone above and beyond for us and I have zero complaints :) It's so great to get top results with safe products. Dwight is the best exterminator, and he is so thoughtful, polite, and personable. He is so thorough inside and outside our home and since he's performed his services, my prior insect issues have resolved. We ask for him every time! The manager JD is incredible too. His communication and patience with me and my many emails/ requests is second to none. He has solved all my home pest problems and is truly an expert in his field. Both gentlemen give the best customer service and have made us customers for life. Thank you!
