I called last week about double checking the outside of the house for any kind bee's nest ETC. I did not get a call back, I know the tech was out to do the TRi service I did not get any feedback.

Super polite and responsive. But still have not solved my any problem. Started service in March. I feel bad having to call them again and again with the news that pesty ants are winning the battle.

Chem-Wise sprayed within the last two weeks. I'm still seeing Japanese lady bugs and wasps. Can you spray where the wasps seem to be migrating? We have two spirrhea bushes that they just love. The problem is that they are close to our picnic table on the patio. No, I can't just move the table because there is no other place to put it. I have grandchildren, and I'm afraid they will be stung.. Thank you, Lori Frankis

the man that came out was very good but you have been out three times and i still have the black bugs apparently you are not using the correct spray

Hello-- The first man who came out to spray was great. He explained the procedure and let us know that he might have to come out again since rain was in the forecast and we had a great deal of ants. The second man who came was not so great. He talked amd talked and I had to leave him to do the work he wanted to do because I had limited time. I really am not sure what he did, because he left before telling me what he did. Hello-- I look forward to speaking to the manager.
Our problem is we never get a call to schedule these treatments. We just come home to find a sticker on our door. We often want indoor treatment as well. This happens EVERY time and every time I have to call to have them come.

Chem-wise treated our home recently and a few days later, we had ants outside near our house. If I continue to see ants, I’ll be requesting a second application.

I have notified our Service Manager to contact you. In most cases in can take up to 2 weeks to achieve total elimination. In any case, our services are fully guaranteed and we will be happy to return if necessary.
We are at our wits end with these ants! We had you here March 1 and you've been here every 2 weeks since and we still have these ants all around our kitchen sink!!!! And now they are back in the powder room too. Help!!!!!

When dealing with a large colony of ants, we sometimes have to use alternative materials or sometimes get more aggressive with our treatments. I have contacted your branch manager and he will set up a treatment plan of action for you. Our services are fully guaranteed, so please call if you continue to have issues.
We’ve had a few problems with Chem wise In terms of them canceling our subscription and us having to pay the full amount a second time and no communication as to when they are coming for an application. We are happy with the results of the treatments but not with other things

The technician arrived at the appointed time and called me to let me know of his arrival. The service was for rodent investigation and removal. The technician hardly spent about ten minutes and left saying that he had set up trap stations and had sealed holes temporarily. No review of the work done and no word about the follow up action to be done by Chemwise in the next week or so.
