I called for assistance as we had mud daubbers, basically wasps. The young man from Chem-wise was so pleasant and efficient, and we have not seen one wasp since then. It was fast and efficient, it didn't smell, it dried quickly, and NO SMELL. I'm extremely sensitive and I have a kitty. I wanted to make sure nothing was harmful, and it wasn't. We had no reaction to any of it. I'm relieved that I can get pest service without the fear for our well being. The person that came out was Michael. I want to give a special acknowledgment to Michael, as he was so kind and accomodating. He answered all my questions in a pleasant and knowlegeable manner, and took care of the problem quickly. I will definitely use Chem-wise again if I have a need. Thank you Chem-wise for offering a solution for the sensitive people afraid of smelly chemicals. DB

We use to see trails of ants everywhere and tried using commercially available insecticide. We never got it under control and the ants would come back. Since having Chem-wise it's amazing how well it works. It's extremely rare to see any insects. thank-you.

We've used Chemwise for many years at our old home and our new home. We opted in to their Tri-Annual Pest Control Service (for the Spring, Summer and Fall) seasons. Our main issue has been ants in the spring and some spiders. Our previous house we have issues with mice outside of the home. Chemwise helped us deal with all these issues. My only concern sometimes is with the appointment window and not being notified by the the staff person if they will be late, it can be an inconvenience. Overall, they do a good job.

I had Chem-Wise come out today because of a gnat problem we have been having for a while that was not getting better. Their tech Andrew showed up and seemed to know exactly what was going on before we even made it into the house. Sure enough, he knew exactly where to look to find the gnats, and how to bring them out of their hiding places. Mind you, I spent a couple weeks looking around trying to find their source/home, but never was able to pin point the exact source. Andrew, showed me that even though it does not look like they are in the plants, the moment you start moving the dirt around and disturb their home, they will start coming out. Oh boy was he right. That is not the best part, though. Since the solution to the problem was not to "treat" anything, and instead get rid of the infected plants, Chem-Wise gave us a big discount on the service call. I can't say enough with how pleased I am with this experience today. This is the second time we have used Chem-Wise (previously for ants), and both times they have come through.

They did a thorough check for our rodent issue, not an easy job because they have to go through a long crawl space to check that area out because it is the area of greatest concern. We also asked if they could check for evidence of pantry moths and they did a very thorough inspection, luckily not finding any.

Armani is a life saver. He thoroughly inspected the interior and exterior of my dwelling. After a second visit I have no rodent activity. Armani is professional, courteous, considerate, concern in getting the job done and humble. Josh and Alex were also professional. Chem-Wise is a great company and I would recommend anyone that pest issues to give them a call. It would be worth it for peace of mind.

Like the majority of Chicago, we have an overwhelming rat problem. Steve, our technician, has been very diligent in filling feeding stations, removing expired pests, and finding additional ways to control the population. I have definitely seen a reduction of rats in our area. Steve is great and takes his mission seriously.
