I have always found every technician at Chem-Wise Pest Control that has serviced my home to be friendly and helpful. I recently had a mice follow-up visit by Jim, who is not my regular technician, and he did a great job! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you, Jim, for your wonderful service!

We have had Bruno come out twice now and he is just AMAZING! He is always early, very professional and very very respectful of our space (putting things back , wearing shoe covers etc.). He always makes sure that every thing is safe for our young daughter and fully educates us on what is going on and what he is doing to battle the ants.

I found a mouse in my garage between regular visits. I called and was fit in for a visit in a timely manner. The technician was able to re-bait the traps and said to call again if I had any further problems. I was very happy with the technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Chem-Wise has been such a wonderful company since we started working with them over the last year. Special shout-out to Josh Feltes is just a wonderful employee for them. He has visited our home several times to try and help us with our mice issues. He has taken his time during each visit and has even offered to book out a 2-hour window to help get under our deck to see if we can find any openings that may be under there. Great technician with great customer service! Thank you Josh and Chem-Wise.

The same agent has been at my condo three times now. He was always very professional and courteous. He sprayed all the drains, was very efficient, and always concluded the appointment by asking if I had any questions. This last visit he mentioned that Chem-Wise sold a type of fly strip that was better at attracting the small drain flies I have, so I bought two of them. I put up only one of them, but he was correct, more of my flies were attracted to it.

I have been emailing back and forth with Leah Erb over the past few weeks. She was patient with me as I had a lot of questions and follow-ups. I ultimately decided to go with Chem-Wise because of Leah and her awesome communication, not being pushy to make a sale, and the overall feeling that she cared for me and the issues we're having. Our first service is today and I am sure Chem Wise will send out an employee as good as Leah. I'm looking forward to years of partnering with Chem Wise to maintain a pest free home!
