Chem-Wise was very helpful in resolving an issue with a flea and mouse infestation that was left behind by the former occupants of my apartment. Their staff showed up on time for an initial flea and mouse treatment, and then came back to inspect two weeks later. Again, on time and very professional, and with good news! The fleas are gone and haven't seen any signs of mouse activity. I would highly recommend Chem-Wise!

My sister recommended them to me after using the services for our great-grand mother. When I called and inquired about the services, I was greeted with professionalism and outlines of services and cost. So I reached out and could not have agreed more. I found them to be friendly, engaging and professional. I did not get the sense they were just trying to win me over to get business. Each service was explained and recommended based upon the discussion and need and I appreciated that. Now my service guy, don't know if I can use his name, but he knows who he is. Came to my home. First, I had an appointment that ran over and through his kindness, waited for me to arrive. I found him sitting patiently on my stoop and not on his phone. That was good enough for me. After going inside, I did not need to ask, he put on his PPE gear, review the services contract with me. He asked questions , walked me though what he was doing; while answering my questions and was pretty knowledgable about the type of pest I had, why and where they cam from. I can't brag on him enough, even when I wanted to remain in the area he was treating, he asked me if I didn't mine going inside due to the treatment spray. I must say, I am well pleased with my service person and services. Thank you my sister for the recommendation and thank you Chem-Wise for your professionalism and great service.

Immediate, efficient, and thorough service from both the live person who answered the phone and scheduled the service and the technician who arrived promptly, explained what he was doing and why, and completed the effective treatment of a wasp nest in a very large tree behind my house. Highly recommend this company.

I had a wasp nest on the side of the garage. Wanted it removed safely and took a recommendation from Angie's list. The rep they sent was friendly on time and explained the process to us. He treated the nest and removed it. No more wasps. I will use this company again if the need arises.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give them zero stars, I would. DO NOT schedule them! They charged me and NEVER showed up to the scheduled appointment. I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I had an appt scheduled for my parents to have beehives removed yesterday. I paid them ahead of time bc I wasn’t going to be there. My parents stayed home waiting for them and no technician was ever to be seen. I called an hr after the scheduled appt and I was told the technician was running late but he for sure would make it to my parent’s house. My parents waited longer and he simply never showed up. The next day the company agreed to give me a refund but it doesn’t change the fact that they wasted my parent’s time when they had things to do. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere.

The appointment was very fast. The technician showed up on time and gave us a thorough explanation of the services. We have ant issues in our kitchen, basement, and back yard. The technician placed the products around these areas and then explained the next steps in the process. The service was just performed, so it is still to early to comment on the results. Regardless, we were informed they will return for additional services if the ants return.

I cannot say enough as to how pleased I am with the service of this company. Any problems I had were solved. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and polite. I have referred at least five people to Chem Wise and I have learned some have even made referrals after selecting their service. Definitely a five star company.

I have always been satisfied but my last service on 7/24 with Jaime was excellent . I had a concern about the puppy next door & he explained that he would only be spraying around the house this time, which eased my mind. He was wearing a mask(!), dressed professionally & very nice. I do wonder if y’all might get sings to put in the yard after spraying, though.

Thank you for the feedback. Regarding signs....they are only required when there is a broadcast treatment on the lawn. Typically when treating along the foundation for structural pests it is not necessary.

I had wasp comming into my home! Gave Chem-Wise a call and the young lady was very nice and informative and secured me an appointment for the next day. Josh came 20 minutes early and was very professional and informative. Treated my property and removed the nest! I called several other companies and no one would commit to removal of the wasp nest! A+++

Our initial call to Chem-Wise was stop carpenter coming in from a property next door. They successfully controlled the ants and we have continued to use the summer insect control program to stay ahead of any other pest issues! Very satisfied with the entire company!!

Julian was thorough, efficient and extremely supportive in helping us understand and navigate our pest issue. We haven’t had any issues since he followed through on making sure we had everything we needed to control and eliminate the mice in our home. Highly recommend this service and Julian!
