The service was great. When I placed the call I actually talked to a live person and not a recorded message. The lady I talked with was very nice and helpful. The technician who removed the wasp nest was professional and friendly. He did a great job and I will call him again for any pest control. I was impressed that the company arrived within the time window that they said they would. The name of the technician who did the work for me is Javonny F. He did a great job!

I am very happy with your service starting with our technician, Javonny Ferguson. He was extremely polite and explained the service he would perform. The treatment has been very successful in eliminating the many spiders and bugs that were invading the entrances and surrounding property. He will be returning to check for any mouse sightings and treating my unfinished basement for bugs and spiders. I would highly recommend your service as it was recommended to me from my daughter and son in law!! Happy in Romeoville!!

I am so grateful that I was referred to Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management. They responded to my phone call in a timely manner and were so helpful, informational, and professional on the phone. They scheduled an in-home appointment in a matter of days--even considering the holiday. When Javonny showed up at our door, he was professional, kind, and informational, too. He explained everything to us and walked us through the prevention techniques. This company is also affordable. Great service and great price. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them in the future and I have already recommended this company to my neighbors.

This year I have been able to sit in my yard and enjoy the summer. The mosquito control really works. I wasn't sure but after being eaten alive last year I decided to go for it and I'm so glad I did. Great service and workers.

We hare very happy with the service we've received from Chem-Wise. When we moved to Lockport in 2013, we were shocked at the size (and jumping capabilities!) of the wolf spiders inside our home. They were only in the basement at first, then they started making their way upstairs where we sleep. Um...NOPE! We signed up for the tri-annual service, and we have continued every year since. The pest control products are environmentally friendly, and it really works! We have not seen a spider, ant, centipede, silverfish, or any other bug inside our house for years. You can't beat the service, or the guarantee.

I am signed up for the tri-annual spraying service and am very happy with it. I rarely see an ant or spider anywhere around the perimeter of the house or inside. I had the spraying for wasps and hornets done last spring and it kept them from building any nests anywhere near my house. I rarely saw one even just flying around on the property last summer! I'm highly allergic if I get stung, so this is very important to me. Prices are very reasonable, and the technician that does my service (Ryan) is wonderful - very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I've already recommended Chem-Wise to my neighbor who is unhappy with the major-brand-name pest control service they have been using that is much more costly.
