Luke arrived at my home on time. He placed his shoe protectors on and I showed him the areas in the kitchen and entry area where ants have appeared. He then proceeded to apply the application in all the areas discussed. He covered what would probably happen over the next few days as the ants ate the bait and returned to the colony. After the interior application for these very tiny ants, he went outside and treated the entire foundation area. Luke was very professional and answered all my questions. Very pleased with this experience. I will have the outside treated 2 additional times this year. Have not seen an ant the last few days. I highly recommend Chem-Wise to others.

Mice were invading an immaculate condo. Several technicians responded over a period of time and keeping our fingers crossed the mice have been eliminated. We are ordering the annual contract option. It is also worth noting they were always on time.

This is really great company! They delivery what being promised: " you not going have mice in your home after 3 months". It is true!!. Amazing... Luke provided us with a comprehensive interior/exterior pest control treatment in early fall. We continued to have an issue with gnats, that failed to subside with the onset of colder weather. Luke returned on November 19 to provide additional treatment, and left with samples to identify so a more specific treatment plan could be implemented.
