Had Mylo from Chem Wise on Saturday for an ant problem in a lower level bathroom. Mylo was great. He explained what he needed to do, did it and the ants were almost entirely gone in 3 days. Mylo said they would get worse before better (they did) and now after 4 days - I only saw 1 today. Mylo arrived before schedule (called to check if ok), work a mask and booties and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I'm in for their tri-annual maintenance.

I called Chem Wise because of a neighbor's referral. Our technician was wonderful and so thorough. Great communication skills too. It's been a little over a week since Chem Wise came out to our house, and it appears our yellow jacket problem is solved. From the first contact through the follow-up, this company is very professional and reasonable. They answered all of my questions and concerns, and figured out what to do. we have problems with moths , mice and ants and when we called Chem-Wise the service agent they sent to our house was Samuel and he was knowledgeable, thorough and answered our questions and laid traps and sprayed in all conceivable placed in our home and outside our home. we scheduled another appt (per Samuel’s suggestion) for 2 weeks after initial appt & Samuel is coming back to check traps and agamemnon do a thorough inspection of our home. we are comfortable with Chem-Wise and specifically Samuel

I had a large wasp nest on a second floor window that needed to be removed, carpenter ants in every inside room and yellow jackets in a nest in the garden. I got the number for Chem-Wise from the NextDoor site. I chose them because they were an ecological company. I was very pleased with their service. The receptionists were very polite and informative. Tim, the young man who came out to fix the problem, wore a mask and was very polite, respectful and professional. He removed the wasp nest, sprayed the yellow jacket nest and sprayed several inside rooms and the basement for the ants. The ants returned and he came back two weeks later to spray again. We haven't seen any ants since. I highly recommend Chem-Wise. I would certainly use this company again.

I am completely satisfied with Chem-Wise. I found I had a carpenter bee problem in my shed. I called the Des Plaines office and a visit from a technician was scheduled for a couple of days from my call. The technician arrived ahead of schedule, I showed him the problem. He explained his procedure and I left him to his work. One visit resolved my problem at a very reasonable price. Great experience. I would not hesitate to call them if I ever have another problem.

We have been using Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management for over 20 years. Originally we chose Chem-Wise because we owned a dog and wanted to make sure she was not harmed. That dog is long gone but we continue with Chem-Wise because of the wonderful service. They have come out promptly every time we called for extra service and have always solved whatever our problem might be...from mice in the garage and attic to bees in the house. The day that we found evidence of a mouse having gotten into our house the technician not only put a bate station in the closet but he also used spray-foam crack sealant all along the wall between our garage and house! As long as we live next to the woods we will be Chem-Wise customers!
