The technician that came to spray for the problem was very professional and very helpful. He was very polite and was wearing a mask because of the virus like he’s supposed to. I've been using Chem-Wise for about 5 years, initially for a mouse problem in my second story town home. I've only had two or three of their technicians in my home, all of which have been polite and resolved the issue. I opted for their tri-annual review and pay in advance and ahead of time to receive the discount. They always send an email to remind me or the day their technician will be arriving. This gives me the opportunity to let them know of any other issues that might require entrance into my home from their technician. I highly recommend Chem-Wise for their professionalism and value.
