I appreciate that Chem-Wise is quick to answer or return phone calls, and always in a pleasant manner. As well, I also appreciate that a technician is sent out whenever a problem arises in between tri-annual visits. Dominick Kistler has been the technician for my house for awhile and I always find him pleasant and helpful in answering questions and solving pest related problems.

I have been a customer for a few years now and every time I call to set up an appointment or a return visit, they are so quick and pleasant on the phone. They are very accommodating with times. Very professional and friendly. All of the technicians that have come out are extremely friendly and polite, they take off their shoes whenever they come inside the house, which I greatly appreciate! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for ant control, the ants we saw were gone in a few days!

I’ve used Chem- Wise for years and been very pleased with their service. Recently, I’ve been bothered by carpenter bees and had Joe out twice to take care of a situation where they had burrowed up into a 4”x4” post on my elevated deck. So far, the second visit has taken care of the problem so I’m quite happy to be using my deck again. Joe was very happy to explain the issue to me and spent quite a bit of time making sure the problem was resolved. I know I can count on this company so I’m confident in recommending them. Everyone is very helpful.

Requested Yellow jacket spray to prevent their activity. Initial spray was done. Looks like they stopped the activity. But, there is a 90 day warranty period and if the wasps come back again they will spray without any additional fee. Love the service do far.
