Called for problems with drain flies. Exterminator said he could not help us. Too many flies and no proven method to get rid of them. He suggested some gel to pour down the sinks. That was it. Left on our own. Kim Kaiser

We are sorry for your experience. I have asked the manager to contact you to assist in resolving your drain fly issue. When dealing with drain flies, the ultimate solution is to find and repair the source of where they are breeding. Insecticides alone are not the answer. The source could be an unused floor drain, broken pipe, or malfunctioning sump pump. In some cases, it can be difficult to locate the source of the flies. For control, we recommend locating the source, clean and/or repair, and then using an enzyme to treat the drain. Sorry for the miscommunication. You can expect a call from our Branch Manager today.

Luke arrived at my home on time. He placed his shoe protectors on and I showed him the areas in the kitchen and entry area where ants have appeared. He then proceeded to apply the application in all the areas discussed. He covered what would probably happen over the next few days as the ants ate the bait and returned to the colony. After the interior application for these very tiny ants, he went outside and treated the entire foundation area. Luke was very professional and answered all my questions. Very pleased with this experience. I will have the outside treated 2 additional times this year. Have not seen an ant the last few days. I highly recommend Chem-Wise to others.

I'll put it very simply: Chem-Wise hires well. I've probably been using Chem-Wise for 15 years, and never had a bad experience. On most visits the technicians just go about their work and get it done. But occasionally I have a question or need something extra done. Showed up on time and sprayed around perimeter, but in doing so, he left the gate open. Didn't realize until I heard my dog bark in the front. Thankfully she didn't run away!
