It is a pleasure to work with Chem-Wise. The staff is always courteous. I appreciate the well organized operation and the yearly reminders I get for the tri-annual service. They call me a few days before they send a technician out, and they have never missed a treatment. While I've never had to call them back to re-spray, they will come out as a courtesy to inspect any problem and respray if necessary. In this world full of negativity and many people passing the buck, it is refreshing to deal with a company who does what they say, when they say it. Thank you for your outstanding service. I have been a customer for about 2 years now. I chose them based on other customer reviews. They have been wonderful. I had a very bad infestation of mice at my home. Chem Wise took care of it. They have been great if I ever needed a revisit. They are very responsive to my needs. I would recommend this company to anyone who has pest issues.

Scheduling was fast and easy; they were out within just a few days of my request. Technician was friendly and professional, introducing himself as the email sent confirming the appointment indicated he would. He explained exactly what he was doing, and pointed out and addressed some areas that allowed for mice to get into my home. He wrote everything up, reviewed it with me, and explained next steps. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

Very please with carpenter bee eradication. Gus was on time and quite knowledgeable. He sprayed existing bee holes as well as sprayed the wood on the entire 2 story house with bee repellent. Have not seen 1 carpenter bee within 48 hours of service. Gus wore a mask and socially distanced. Their work is guaranteed for the entire calendar year which is more than some other pest management companies. Not every pest company handles carpenter bees so was glad to find Chem-Wise and would use them again if need arises.

Treatment for pest control is still a work in progress, I was very happy with price and I still have 2 follow-up visits. Office was VERY courteous and flexible in our needs as far as service, dates, time and language barrier. Technician was on time courteous and very professional. I highly recommend Chem-Wise
