Paul was on time and and placed the shoe socks over his boots, as not to track anything in. I was so happy about that! 1st time customer. Tech was friendly and explained everything he was doing; we were concerned over outdoor chemical since we have 2 dogs and tech told us to keep dogs away from area until application dried and will be safe for them. Its been 2 weeks since application and NO ANTs so far. Price was very competitive. Will use again in future.

I have experienced only one hiccup with Chem-Wise, but when I called, they immediately responded and rectified the issue. In addition, the office staff, management, and most importantly, their pest control team are customer service oriented—professional, friendly, and actively listen to any concerns I may have with unwanted critters. This is my second year with Chem-Wise, and I will be signing up again for what I hope will be many more years. I highly recommend them.

Jose vasquez was on time both times (actually ten minutes early the first occasion ????). He was very informative about the process. He answered all my questions. He made me aware i would receive mattress covers as well which saved me money. He was in there a long time im sure he was thorough!
