Been using Chem-wise services for years now in two different locations/homes. I've had different technicians, yet Charles and Marty are both amazing! Very knowledgeable and they provide great insights, I've come to rely on their expertise!

DeVante showed up on time, was knowledgeable, gave me an overview to confirm what services we wanted. I appreciated that he asked me what issues we were noticing. Once he listened to hear what pests we were seeing, he was able to offer much appreciated advice about what treatments worked with each type of pest, for each season. He knew what treatments worked best against each type of pest (e.g. ants, Asian Beetles, etc). He then described recommended services, and when to schedule them. He completed the service to my expectations. We look forward to having him back for Spring and Fall treatments. He was friendly and professional.

We've been using Chem-Wise for a few years, ever since we moved in and discovered the shocking amount of spiders in this area. They've always been on time and courteous. When we recently found evidence of mice, they came out right away and were very helpful. DeVante walked me through the process, what he was doing, and answered all my questions. He was also proactive in making sure the traps were out of reach for my kids and alleviating my concerns about the traps near my dog. Over all, they make a not so pleasant experience (pests) pleasant.
