We're a returning customer after house reno that caused a pause for Tri-annual service. Calling on 7/27 to reinstate service with appointment being scheduled for 7/28. I appreciated quick availability especially since a large carpenter ant invasion began a few days ago. Ethan called prior to his visit wondering if it would be okay to arrive earlier than the scheduled service time. When he arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. He did a great job and I'm glad to be back on the Chem-Wise schedule. Thank you!

Technician (Joel) arrived as scheduled. He was pleasant and courteous as he eradicated the yellow jackets that had taken up residence by my back door. i have used ChemWise for over 25 years and up to this year i have been 110% satisfied. i lost my "regular" excellent service tech Rico to another service area and i have not been satisfied since having several different techs . one seemed lazy and did as little as possible. another got a bit rude when i asked him to come inside and i had to call supervisor. he did wind up coming inside and doing what was needed but it left me unhappy.

Great service by Dan Booth, our pest control technician! He was so patient and took his time to treat all the areas of concern. He was diligent and efficient, polite and punctual. We’ve had other good technicians come out before but Dan is by far the best. Very impressed!

Josh is great! He methodically goes over any problems or issues we've had since the last treatment. We were especially appreciative of the advice he gave us about painting the new heavy duty wooden trellis my husband designed and is rebuilding to replace the old, unpainted, carpenter bee bored, treated lumber (yes!) one. Apparently paint deters the boring, as he pointed out on the one we built 20 years ago and painted before installing it. Josh is the 3rd tech we have had over the many, many years we have used ChemWise. Every one has been broadly knowledgeable on every level of pest trouble, kind and sympathetic to our issues, and complete gentlemen!

Matt did a great job listening to my concerns and what the main issues appeared to be. He understood that I had a young dog who may be curious with the spraying and where I wanted him to concentrate on and avoid. I appreciate the time he took to listen and advise on what he could and couldn't do.
