Ricky did an exceptional job at laying the proper chemicals & mouse traps in our newly purchased rural home. The traps worked great - we caught 1 mouse and millions of crawly things stayed away from inside (and outside) our home. Ricky was extremely patient with us as a new customers. The technician came in response to an issue not seen during usual maintenance. After living in my home for 37 years, I recently found "drain flies" in my home. The technician assessed the problem, treated the area and instructed me in the next steps to complete the process. All went very well! Very pleased with this company I have used for years.

I called Chem-Wise Pest Control for a mice issue, and they were able to send someone out the very next day! Brian R. was the technician that came to our home. He was on time, was respectful of our house (placed shoe covers as soon as he walked in), and most importantly, explained the process clearly and thoroughly, including what to expect in the next several days and weeks to come. We are satisfied with how Chem-Wise handled the scheduling process, the billing process, and most definitely with our very qualified technician, Brian R.
