Ricky did an exceptional job at laying the proper chemicals & mouse traps in our newly purchased rural home. The traps worked great - we caught 1 mouse and millions of crawly things stayed away from inside (and outside) our home. Ricky was extremely patient with us as a new customers. I called Chem-Wise Pest Control for a mice issue, and they were able to send someone out the very next day! Brian R. was the technician that came to our home. He was on time, was respectful of our house (placed shoe covers as soon as he walked in), and most importantly, explained the process clearly and thoroughly, including what to expect in the next several days and weeks to come.
