My wife and I have been customers of Chem-Wise for over thirty years (two properties). We have been extremely satisfied with the tri-annual service plan. If you have any problems, the Technician comes back out at no additional cost. Our Technician, Ricky, is very knowledgeable and customer focused. We have always found communications and professionalism from the entire team. We strongly recommend this company.

I love chem-wise! I’ve had this company for about 10 yrs. They are very professional but also very caring about any concerns. I have the tri annual service and have not see any creepy crawlers in my space ! Which makes me very happy! I recommend and have recommended this company many times to family and friends!

Excellent service! I'm glad we found this company. David Sanchez is our technician. He is very polite and professional. And prompt! He is helping us get rid of mice in the basement. He explained things well. He is confident and knew exactly what to look for and do. I feel relieved. He also noticed we had a yellow jackets nest and he took care of it on the spot. Thanks David! The office staff on the phone is very friendly and responsive. I recommend this company and will use them in the future for any other pest problems. Two thumbs up!
