Dwight has been servicing our very large apartment complex since new management took over earlier this year. Not only is he extremely professional but always goes the extra mile if we need help, while getting stung in the process! It makes it easy to continue service when having such a great tech. We have had the best experience with Chem-Wise over the past year. We couldn't be happier. They've gone above and beyond for us and I have zero complaints :) It's so great to get top results with safe products. Dwight is the best exterminator, and he is so thoughtful, polite, and personable. He is so thorough inside and outside our home and since he's performed his services, my prior insect issues have resolved. We ask for him every time! The manager JD is incredible too. His communication and patience with me and my many emails/ requests is second to none. He has solved all my home pest problems and is truly an expert in his field.
