Have used Chem-Wise for pest control for years to keep the house bug and rodent free. Very pleased with their service and their employees. Just had them aerate and overseed our lawn and have signed up for their lawn care program starting next year because I just don’t want to do it any more and I trust them to do it right.

After many years with a large national pest control service we got very frustrated with rising service fees and seriously declining customer service. A friend referred us to Chem-Wise and we couldn’t believe the stark difference in the quality of service and customer relations which seem to be embedded in the company culture at Chem-Wise. We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by the office staff and especially our service technician. Communication and prompt response by a service provider is critical to a lasting relationship. So far, Chem-Wise has scored an A+ on all fronts.

We have been with this company for 17 years now and have never been disappointed with their service. They have always been quick, kind and knowledgable with any bug issue we have had. Good people and good service. By having the exterior perimeter sprayed periodically, we hardly ever have a bug/spider in the house. They are a good company who provides great service. Mike R did an excellent job of assessing the problem, explaining the solution, how it will take a few weeks for the bait to get to the colony as well as the safety of the products and how the prevention outside he performed will help resolve future issues. Our stoop was removed for construction, and we noticed lots of little bugs running around. Both construction workers said termites. Our current pest control company does not treat for termites. I called Chem-wise, discussed the situation with Dave, and Derek showed up the next day. Both of them have termite degrees because they each had so much information for me. I appreciated Derek spending an hour looking at the wood damage, explaining how termites work, and answering every single one of my questions. Not only were those not termites, but I was not pressured into buying a service, and Derek's visit was a free consult. Thank you Derek for your time, and thank you Dave for employing a great guy.
